I have two offers one from HCL and Other from NSE IT, HCL hiring for European Client and NSE IT hiring for Indian client and both have hybrid work model, offers are also same, but in-hand in NSE IT would be more because HCL has Flexi component which gets paid at the end of the year, please suggest which would be the best option to choose. I have recently received an offer from HSBC for Data Engineer profile. The designation offered is Senior Analyst- Information Management. They said that it is a techno functional role. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side.
