72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

I currently work at an international law firm (4 years) and recently accepted an offer to go in house. The main attorney I support did not take the news well and was very angry with me. Is anyone interested in taking over the lease for a top floor 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 SQ ft apartment in a newly built complex in Plaza Midwood? The lease runs through Sept 2023. Anyone get frustrated when others have poor mic set ups in calls? It’s hard enough to get everything I need out of meetings when no one will put their camera on but it also have each person that speaks also to have they voice distorted in a different way just grinds my gears. Take some pride in your work. If you want to work from home, invest in a good microphone.

It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
