I interview with HM, I’m told I passed and will move to the loop and written test. I take the test and suddenly communication stops. Last time this happened, I was later told they gave the role to someone else. The job search is tasking enough but this is getting too much. Are AWS hiring or are they conducting market research?

Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role.
