I interviewed at vw. Cleared all rounds. In hr, i asked slightly high and the hr countered with an amount less than what i quoted. I accepted it. Hr said that after approvals, 90 percent i shud get the offer but didnt give full comittment. Is there any chance they dont release offer?

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I just started meds yesterday and the change in my focus and attention to detail is mind blowing. My only concern is, just yesterday I had a tough feedback session with my manager around how I’m taking too long to complete my work, giving them anxiety around close deadlines.
