I interviewed with Ericsson on Tuesday .The interview overall went well, and when I asked for feedback during the discussion, the interviewers said it was good. They mentioned HR would get back to me regarding the next steps.

However, I haven’t received any call or update from HR yet. Is this normal, or should I assume it’s a rejection? Would it be okay to follow up with HR now, or should I wait a little longer?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? How long it takes to get become a manager from Senior Consultant 3 in EY?

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. My project has literally 2 people (1 technical ie Me) and I'm myself new to the technology. I'm expected to make magic happen out of thin air and I don't know how I'm gonna survive here. Any advice?
