I joined a company that had rescinded my offer but they took me when I insisted. But now the thing is the manager continuously brings up oh I was getting disappointed that you might have not accepted the offer or you were taking so long to accept etc… I am getting very bothered and threatened by him keep bringing it up, I don’t say anything back but I just don’t trust being on his team, what do you guys think of this situation?

Currently our marketing team is of one (me) and we outsource quite a bit of other tasks as we continue to grow. With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
