I joined PwC Kolkata beginning of this month in Advisory LoS SBU One Consulting as SA but I have not been allocated to any project yet. Is it something to worry about? Usually how long does it take to get allocated to a project?

Hey All, just wondering what’s happening with McKinsey’s Quantum Black and BCG’s many product ventures (BCG Omnia, BCG Digital Ventures etc)? Are they working on creating a products and up selling to their current clients? Curious if working their tech teams provide a good exposure to the client or is it just going to be backend platform work with out any client exposure.

Any thoughts on what the 'full' transition to hybrid will look like? Do you think showing up in-person to the office would be required even if the client isn't requesting it? I'm planning on staying WFH for as long and as much as possible and getting concerned about some of the emails we've been getting about the future of hybrid work at PRO.
