Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

BELIEVE ME, they have not done any favour to you by giving you another chance. For them offering the same position again was a WIN situation. On the contrary, they have done injustice with you by offering same package 1 year ago.
If you hadn’t joined this team again, they would hire a fresher and their 1 year would have wasted in training itself. So they should be thankful enough.
They took the bond money and hired you back too. And on top of that they haven’t provided any hike which is the worst thing to do. Salary is one of the biggest motivation for any employee.
And after all this they are making you feel like you are doing something wrong and you are answerable to them. Don’t fall for this bro. I am telling you. Manager’s job is to retain you. That’s why he is emotionally blackmailing you. And you are not understanding this considering your experience level. Because you have not seen enough as this is your first job. At the end it is your career. You don’t deserve to get played like this. You should take the outside offer. Because later you will realise how toxicity this was. This is the third person perspective. Sometime we don’t see what the other person who is not in the situation can see. And I have 8 yoe. I have also faced the same guilt trip. For you they are giving 4.8 package. For me they gave only 3k salary per month that too after begging and telling them why I deserve to get salary this month. And this happened every month.
Now, it's been 1 year and 3 months since I rejoined, and the company has postponed hikes. They told me the next hike cycle is set for January 2026, though it's not guaranteed. When I rejoined, my manager had asked for a 2-year commitment over WhatsApp, to which I agreed. However, there was no formal email communication about this. Since rejoining, I've been working 10-12 hours a day out of gratitude, and I've delivered on all the work he's assigned. My manager is impressed with my performance, but when I asked about a hike, he didn't respond.
Because of my 2-year commitment, I haven't felt fully comfortable searching for another job. One day, I received a call from Naukri, and within a week, I received an offer letter from a Big 4 company, which is offering me a 100% salary hike—9 LPA fixed and 9.5 LPA CTC. My current CTC is 4.5 LPA, and most of my peers with the same years of experience and skills are earning around 12 LPA. If I stay here with a 4.5 LPA salary, even after 4 years of experience, I'll still be stuck at 4.5 LPA.
I have resigned and told my manager that the reason I'm leaving is due to the compensation package. I also mentioned that if the company matches the 9 LPA offer, I would stay. He said he convinced management, and they are okay with offering 9 LPA fixed. However, the Big 4 company has more opportunities, better salary hikes, and a variety of projects, compared to my current company, which is a mid-sized MNC.
Even though I already have an good offer letter and have gone through four interviews with other companies, I’m still willing to stay in my current company if they offer me the 9 LPA salary. I plan to stay here for at least one more year if they issue the revised offer letter, after which I may consider switching company again after 1year.

Am I making the right decision? I would appreciate any input or suggestions.
Take the leap, join Big 4.
Time is of the essence and so is money! If you are not getting paid properly for the work you do, is it even worth working?
If they match the offer, stay back for one more year and then venture out. That way you will have 3.5-4 years in 1st company
You aes making the worst decision to stay back.
Sure got it, thanks a lot for response.
