I joined virtusa on 9th October 2025 as 5.5 years + senior software engineer. Thereafter, they selected me for jpmc account. After that they put me in cib. Thereafter, nominated me for Graphite project and told will not be any interview. But after 1 month, 2 days back, told can search outside. Also, they scheduled 1 interview till now only. Please let me know further steps and expectations.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?

I am a new senior but it feels kinda weird. It’s busy season but a lot of my client data still isn’t in yet. And whatever work we do have, my staff are excellent so when I review, it’s quick... cont.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Is it just me or do people drive like maniacs in the Denver metro? Constant tailgating no matter what the speed limit or if there’s traffic or construction. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
