I joined Wipro on 18th February, and I’m still not assigned to any project—it currently shows as “investment” for me. I’ve received an opportunity outside, but they are looking for an immediate joiner.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Since I’m still on bench/investment and there are no project openings right now, is Wipro likely to release me early during the notice period or not ?

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.
