I just got PwC health insurance and is it true that I’ll have to pay for doctors visit? With no option to just pay a co pay?

IMHO opt for the least expensive tier of service with the high deductible and take the extra HSA contribution dollars. The coverage is not very good and only a good option if you rarely get sick or need any actual medical services. Keep on the watch out for new service offerings like telehealth apps, mental health apps, Executive Health Exam, etc. that are outside the primary health insurance program. However, the high out of pocket costs for doctor's visits are unavoidable.

Hello All,

I have recently joined
FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.

Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?

Can anyone please guide?

If I am vaccinated and go to a bar or house party where other people are all maskless, I don’t think I should be shamed by PC friends the day after who say you are putting others at risk even though I don’t really put anyone at risk outside of the idiots taking a much larger risk unvaccinated at these superspreaders (live alone, home gym, order all meals and/or grocery, masked up all other places)

What are the various employee benefits that lilly offers?

Questions for my fellow EAs out there:
1. How many of you travel for your job? If so, are there stipulations?
2. My team is having an 2-day offsite meeting in another city and many folks outside of our team are all traveling in for it. Some are only attending for an hour. My exec told me yesterday I couldn’t attend (after weeks of asking him), citing that we couldn’t have excessive hours of OT (maybe 4 hrs). I do not feel valued as a team member.
Should I bring it up or let it go?

Need some help with a Facebook leadgen always on campaign. I generate +- 7000 leads pm but the quality of leads arent great. What are your tried and tested methods to up lead quality?

Sharing my story: I carry an abnormal gene in which me and my wife's first child was affected. We decided with our second child to use IVF. We started our journey in January 2021 and my wife went through 4 IVF cycles using my sperm in a 9 month span (her choice). We decided after the 4th round failed to go a different route and use sperm donation to rid us of the gene. During 2022, she went through 4 rounds of IUI and finally got one that stuck. She is now 14 weeks pregnant and due in April 😊

Pwc Wellness Fund? PwC

Hello,

I was wondering if PwC gives its employees a wfh allowance in which you can put towards a desk, chair, computer equipment?

Does the company also offer a wellness fund like the other big4? Which you could spend on fitness related items ( workout clothes, shoes, Apple Watch, etc.) ?

I heard EY and Deloitte offer its employees 1k, while KPMG offers it’s employees $300 per quarter.
