I think my parents need therapy but being Indian parents they don’t believe in therapy. Has anyone had any success in convincing their parents to go? Is it too late because of their age?

Soooo how are we feeling about booking flights to Europe for early spring? Less so worried about getting covid as I’m boosted but more so about worsening restrictions. I’m looking at countries that have already announced they aren’t changing restrictions BUT the flights have layovers in countries that are (ie UK, France, Germany). I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
