I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Hi Fishes, I am considering a Senior Engineer role with Alteryx (previously Hyper Anna) Sydney. If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping if anyone here could share their experience of working at Alteryx Sydney in terms of Culture, work life balance, politics, work pressure, people, Leadership and product. Thanks.
Although Amazon has instituted a hiring freeze and layoffs are probably on their way, I went through the loop for a security engineer position at AWS. Before I attended the final interviews, Amazon placed the hiring freeze and called me to ask if I wanted to go ahead or cancel my application. I decided do go ahead Right now I'm waiting for their response and the position I applied to changed from "under consideration" to "no longer under consideration". Thoughts?

Talk to your connects. Let them know the situation and ask if they can put in a good word for you. Also ask them if it's OK to drop their names and your relations with them to the person you interview with. This goes well and it could very well seal the deal for you. Best of luck. Keep us updated. You got this.
Thanks , that's helpful..

I disagree with IBM1 about not reaching out directly to the employee who posted. If they put it out there, it wouldn't be unexpected or inappropriate for people to respond. Asking your contacts to make the intro for you puts them in an awkward spot and slows down the process. It also shows you're not confident enough to make the introduction yourself. In this brutally competitive market you need to leverage every opportunity at your disposal. Having mutual contacts is a good way to spark up an intro. More than likely that person isn't the hiring manager, they're probably just promoting for their team, but see if you can get them to forward your resume to the right person internally. You might also mention how you know the mutual contacts and what your work relationship was with them and that they'd probably be willing to be a referral. Who knows, maybe the person who posted the job would end up being your teammate, so trying to establish a rapport can only help you.
I would not reach out directly to the employee, as D1 said, have your connections reach out on your behalf first, amd directly ask fkr an introduction.
In this market it's tine to be bold and differentiate.
Yep. Also looks way better with someone independently making intros for you vs showing you did all kinds of asking and such. Having them connect for you is more organic.

Reach out to connections they will remove the recruiters extra money. That’s more of a direct referral. Bonus would go directly to them. Recruiters it’s no loyalty.
I been there, none of my connectors help me at all, if you passed pre-screening, good luck.
Talk to the connects for sure
