I just left KGS for miniscule pay raise of 20% even if I knew I was underpaid. I decided to change my environment before it would change me.
I think it's okay to leave bad environment if you could afford without comparing your progression against others in such place.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle.
