Hey all, having issues with interviewing this year. I’ve been passed over every opportunity I really want and I’m unsure how to regroup and move forward. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Rescheduled my Level 1 exam from December to February. I’m worried that changing the date will means I need to buy new study materials, but how much of the curriculum could actually change? It seems like it should be the same.

Is it true the Feb exams are being postponed now?

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Should I wait for may for them to pay, or pay the initial costs myself to avoid delaying my career longer? I'm 26 & 1/4th and just graduated college. My new role and future career aspirations are finance / computer engineering hybrid. Current employer is in private banking.
