I keep applying for junior positions and graduate programs and data engineering and data science traineeships but I have never got the chance to get an interview although I have the required skills they require in the job description. I worked as data engineering trainee in a company for 18 months and i have 1 year internship as AI researcher and 1 publication. I updated my resume several times and included my personel projects, Do you have some advices that may help me get my next job

How do I tell a firm I screened with that another firm I screened with is moving forward with full rounds? I would prefer the former firm, even though the latter firm is ranked higher. Thanks for any advice

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?

Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. I could sense the manager had no intentions to hire me permanently
