Can you give an example? Are you going to fast, not reading carefully, not proofing, make decisions without enough info?
Slow down a bit, ask someone to review/provide feedback and remember to incorporate anything you learn. Just be patient, it happens sometimes. Also try to relax and rest when you are not working and try to focus when you work. Maybe easier said than done, but don’t overthink or beat yourself up too much
This was me as a Jr. In most cases, you’ll be forgiven, it’s expected. Try to slow down as much as you can and implement processes to ensure attention to detail. Print out things to read them, etc. AI can also be very useful in checking work and catching nits that might have otherwise slipped through.
