MBB Asia vs Big 4 NA? (SEA/India vs US)
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I think it depends on the industry
I believe that translates that you are bossy to your juniors?
Yep, they see me as their “equal” (or want to at least)
Every industry company is different. I went from consulting to a relatively flat company to a very hierarchical company. I got the feedback at the hierarchical company that I wasn’t hierarchical enough since I erred in telling a higher up “no” one time even though it was my “no” to give.
My guess is that you are in a flater culture and/or you need to let your subordinates take ownership, independently manage their day-to-day, and/or challenge you.
It can still be a flat culture while having a clear decision maker. You are all equals on the team, but there is a RACI.
