I assume OP lives in a VHCOL city and the rent + sunk costs of living expenses already eat up the majority of the paycheck.
I’m struggling to understand how anyone single making $430k annually is struggling financially??
That’s a huge amount of money, especially for one person.
Obviously not knowing where you live, mortgage etc, I have to guess it’s your life style.
I strongly recommend finding a good financial planner. Trust me when I say that you really need to manage your finances better if you’re this early in your career and making that much money and still struggling.
You have an opportunity to live a really good life and potentially retire early, but not if you’re *issuing it away.
Not that you can’t enjoy life in the mean time, you absolutely should! Be pace yourself and be smart about your money now or you’ll end up regretting it later.
Not sure what part of the country you’re in but do your research and find a good planner!

So did I, I left KPMG as an MD and joined IBM as AP now about to be promoted to partner and working from home remotely for the most part, life is much better.
