I started working for a European firm from India, it's a permanent position in Belgium but I am unable to travel as of now due to covid and family situation.

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

I gave in my resignation with a 3-week notice period. Always got good feedback from my manager and we generally got along well.
