Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Do you want an opportunity to broaden your skills (like serving on a board) or something where you just pitch in and go home? Both feel good and make a difference, but the former can feel more like a job sometimes. Whatever you do, if you make a commitment, please keep it...no show volunteers are a major source of frustration at the nonprofit I'm involved with
What type of causes interest you?
Helping seniors and under privileged children are causes I'm passionate about. Do you have any recommendations PWC1?
EY1 Good point. I have done a good amount of volunteering for a day or for an activity type of efforts. I am looking to attach myself to one non profit and help them in a more engaged manner. A board position seems to be a good option. What type of weekly time commitments does it require?
It varies. Some weeks none, some weeks 2-3. Depends if there's an event or committee work outside the standard 90 minute board meeting. I'd be thrilled if all my board members dedicated 60 hours a year outside the standing meetings
