I live in Canada and have over 7 years experience in AML, my CAMS certification and incredible references; but I cannot even get interviews. I am on the east coast and cannot move to another province, and many positions that used to be remote are now onsite or hybrid in other provinces. I have had professionals review my resume and cover letter(s), and they had nothing to change. I do not want to change fields, but at this point I’m getting very discouraged. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review.
