I’ve been a paralegal for about 30 years in private law firmS. As I get older, I feel like it’s time for a semi-career change. Our annual reviews are approaching & one of my direct reports has been with us for almost six years w/ little growth. I have been in management for the past 8 years and part of large corporations. What does an online MBA look like in terms of class time, work load, realistic time to complete etc?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.
