Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Healthcare can offer more stability and sometimes better pay, but the transition is def bumpy. The biggest adjustment is usually getting up to speed with regulations and a more formal tone. It’s way slower and looser than consumer brands. And there's a lot of sameness and rules you'll have to abide by, which I see as a huge culture shift from your typical agency life. If you'rre okay with that, go for it. It could be a good decision for you.
Healthcare advertising is still more stable than consumer but it's not what it was and it, too, can have late nights, weekends and cancelled vacations. There's also no longer a shortage of experienced healthcare advertising candidates so you'll need to rely more on networking than simply applying. Also depends on your role - creative, strategy, account?
