I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

I work at a similar style store and was wondering what sales Associates make?


While I was on mat leave last year, we hired a contractor to be me and he’s still with us even though I’m back. I recently started approving his hours and just found out he’s getting paid $65/hr grossly, while I make $35/hr. Is this normal for contractor to make more than FTE?? I accepted my role about a year ago. They didn’t offer me my asking number but met me in the middle. I was told by the director that we could reassess my salary after my first year. Performance reviews happen in March so when I had mine , I wasn’t even at a year mark. A company just reduced their offer after initial verbal offer was 'rejected' by comp team. Reasons were that it was higher than others at that level currently in the position. And that "This is the best they can do".

How much are customer service advocates making?


If I sign an offer letter with a new company, is it binding? Is there any consequence if i renege later?


Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.
