I need a suggestion badly.
I'm a UI/UX Designer with 2 YOE. Targeting to join a product based company, to focus on UX research more. I'm someone who's more into the UX side than UI.
Any suggestions what companies should I go for, based on my YOE?
Haven't shipped too many solid products from the UX point, working for service based companies. I've conducted some small case studies on my own.
I want a stable company with good learning curve & pay. I'm done with switching jobs frequently.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
