My current CTC is 20, 12 YOE, 6 YOE in ReactJs.

The market is offering me only 40% hike. My salary is on the lower end hence im asking them more but not able to get any

I have given interviews for some company, although i think i have cleared the interview they are not confirming or even going for HR round. rather ghosting. I guess they want to approach when im in a week or 10 days to LWD.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
