I would sell the rsus and payoff the mortgage with it. And use the balance plus take from HYS to zero out the student loans.
Then with my new found freedom, I would invest every spare dime I earn until retirement in VOO.
But, I hope you are not planning to retire early.
What’s the interest on the mortgage? If >5% I’d agree, if lower I’d focus on student loans at 6% first.
What’s your interest rate on your high yield savings vs. your student loans?
I’d pay off the $120k immediately with your savings. Start maxing out your 401k and rebuild your savings.

The question is unclear.
Aren’t you already at $1m (676 + 175 + 150)?
You should probably pay off the loan immediately, only reason not to would be if terms say it might be forgiven or can remain unpaid until you die. (Which seems possible since you already made it this far.)
The most important factor for you is spending.
Your savings are quite low relative to your age and income.
If you are spending much more than $100k then you will have a shock in retirement.
120k student loan at age of 61 ? I wouldn’t worry about it at this point
Fair point. I see that mention as well now. Could be either.
Can you sell your RSUs?
yes i can sell the RSUs
