What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.
$97 a month blue anthem ppo
$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…
Thinking about having surgery for my knee and this seems costly

Haha, and that's the plan rt? The whole point of mentioning the words like "strict action" and "termination" for not meeting 4 day a week is all about letting people go.. Bcuz Ford doesn't do layoffs, this is a soft approach .. I heard from my LL5 that they r expecting at least a voluntary headcount reduction of at least 1000 folks by the end of Aug review.. But, if new people r being hired as a replacement or as interns, then I don't understand when this policy brings meaning in any sense...🙃
So, don't worry much.. we ve abundant leaves and Public holidays ... use them in the wrst case..
