At wsgr you can see the 75th percentile, median and 25th percentile by year, office, and group
I would love to know what it is
I just found out associates are all hovering around 100%. I’m somehow the only one at 140. This visibility would also help prevent over billing and burnout

At my firm you can see the billables of every associate/counsel/partner

Not Goodwin here.
Yeah Goodwin let’s you see everyone’s hours it’s actually pretty nice
When I was a first year and had low hours it was horrible; I felt embarrassed knowing that people can and do look! And they all do because tbh lawyers are nosy as hell.
I wouldn’t say it means nothing. I’m at a 2000 bonus threshold firm and would love the certainty of a bonus at 1900 hours.
Thanks for all the replies. I was thinking more about potential laterals seeing these numbers. I wish that people who don't necessarily work at the firm already could see them before accepting an offer / deciding where to apply.
Have you looked at NALP? They have an hours/work arrangements tab and some (but not all) firms fill out the table for average hours worked (usually under the “full time” category)
