Is there a way to download the pre-anoted notes?
I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

Remote for sure
I think that it depends on your career path. The 3 day in office role is conducive to networking and developing good relationships (hopefully) that will help you in your professional journey. Remote is amazing but 3 days sounds pretty reasonable. You may not even end up going in more than 2 days, many times they will let you have a more flexible schedule after the first 6 months. Profit sharing, bonus, more money - save it all up for a year and then switch to a job with more days off and you can use that for a really nice vacation. Just a thought. I wish my options were anywhere near yours, I have been doing this for 15 years and the job search is difficult for me. Good luck with your decision, I trust you'll do what you think is best for you and your future. All the best from this former Director of Finance :)
Thank you for the insight it was really helpful!! I ultimately I decided to go with the remote job- they bumped the salary up so that there’s only a 10k difference and I asked if it’s possible to go to the clients office once a week for the exposure and the said yes. The client is a much smaller shop and I prefer that too. I’m also not so career motivated so I kinda just need something to support my life outside of work. Very excited for this!
Good news, those are two very solid offers. Valuing flexibility, you’ll get a lot more of that with the remote role. Salary ceiling comes faster, but your time is money, too.
I would personally take the role that is fully remote. I really value work-life balance, and working from home must provide that in a way that working in an office can't. Congrats to you on two solid offers, though!
