If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

dodged a bullet? 🤷🏾♂️
I was rejected from McK after my final round and worked at another good job for a couple of years. Eventually reapplied and got an offer. I think those couple of years were great for me - gained new expertise in a new industry, grew my soft skills, etc - and that experience made me a better performer once I actually started at McK. I’m sure you’ll land something great and can make a determination a year or two from now on whether to reapply!
I got rejected by McKinsey out of undergrad. Not even an interview - that’s what happens when you spend college partying and chasing skirts - and end up with a 3.2 GPA I guess. Now I’m an AP there and who knows, may even make partner in the next year or two. But in hindsight I was way too immature and quite frankly impulsive coming out of college and would never have made it far at the firm. Had a few years to do my own random walk outside of the firm, grow up a bit, get married and make strong friends, develop some experience as an operator, and then then McKinsey came chasing me.
Move on
I applied to 200 roles and 80 interviews and 25 final rounds to get 3 offers.
I applied to 30 jobs in undergrad. Got 4 interviews and 3 offers. I’m very happy where I am now and where I am heading and am almost happy I didn’t land other jobs I wanted back then
Well, I hope you delayed their next scandal by a few seconds
Let’s correct the record here Amazon:
1: yes as I understand it we advise the Saudi government. Maybe they are dictators? But the leadership in Saudi Arabia has a real tangible goal to create prosperity for their country and people when the oil inevitably runs out and chose us to help them do that. I see that as ultimately doing good though I would personally never choose to work on that if asked.
2: you want to know who started the opioid epidemic? It wasn’t McKinsey and it wasn’t Purdue though neither are blameless. It was and still is the federal government forcing opiates to be the only effective and LEGAL treatment for chronic pain. I know a handful of folks unfortunately who have been in car accidents or been dealt a bad card while serving our country in Afghanistan - they were all prescribed opiates, still are technically eligible to be prescribed opiates and instead use marijuana to treat the chronic pain because chronic opiate use for chronic conditions is really bad for you. And yet marijuana remains a schedule 1 drug.

You don’t want that blood on your hands, it’s filled with opiates.
McK isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Yea it can be a great place to work, but there are plenty of companies out there who I’m sure would be happy to have you join and aren’t facing criminal charges in South Africa lmao
Rising Star
yeah for one thing I heard Deloitte is harder to get into than Harvard...definitely what it's cracked up to be at the D.
A top performing associate I recently worked with applied 6 times over almost 6 years before he got in, if you really want it, keep trying.

Apply to BCG and Bain now your life isn’t over
