I received a mail from Infosys reg dot net requirement . I applied for it and my interview was scheduled on 14th May. In application form I clearly mentioned that I have 1.8 YOE and current CTC is 4.5 LPA and ECTC is 7.5 LPA. After my interview I received mail on same day reg docs submission. I uploaded all required docs along with infosys employment form. Then after 16 days today I received a call from HR that my YOE is only 1.8 years, hence ineligible and they can only provide 4.5 lpa.

Any thoughts on Intuit ? Work culture as well as compensation and growth

My raise % has historically been good. Company entered into a big lucrative deal in 2021 which brought on more work and with it, promises of more lucrative prospects for everyone.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.
