I received an offer from A&M PEPI for an Associate with a base salary of $105K. Is this a competitive base salary for the group? I understand the $s are in the bonuses but want to make sure my base is competitive as well. It’ll be a drop in position from my current position. Also have a $10k signing bonus - is that in line?

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

3) How about my internal efforts? (I did 3 internal projects within the firm)
