Hello Fishes, I have cleared both Technical and Manager rounds in Infosys. I have total experience of 3 years and relevant experience of 2.9 years in Java Full stack development. Currently holding an offer of 13LPA and ctc is 7.8 LPA.
Please help me regarding how much ctc I can expect/ask from Infy?

1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?

10 years back I had joined and left Wipro in a week after receiving a better offer. Glad I did that. It was always a third class company and now it's unethical + third grade.
Your post should serve a caution to all people thinking about joining Wipro.
Had a strange experience with wipro...trust me...for client satisfaction you might be asked to dance naked 😶 .. sounds harsh but that's the truth....
Wipro receives huge money from clients for projects but still end up hiring freshers with annual package as low as 2.8 lpa...
So next time anyone get call from wipro mention this incident and tell you are not interested.

Wipro has bad culture and people are toxic here especially senior management. Good you didn't join. Something better on your way. I too will resign from here although I just joined 2 months back
Yesterday received a call from Wipro regarding job opportunity, it's better to recite this incident & say NO.

Wipro is facing some financial issues. If it continues it will shutdown. It's shares are falling.
Wipro is postponing joining dates from long time...not sure why...for me they postponed by a week (My joining was last week of june, I didn't join obviously as had offer from product based) and now a days I am hearing many cases which says its been postponed by 30-45 days or so.... something is definately wrong....not sure what ...
Update: Wipro has sent the onboarding email a little while back.

In Wipro there is no more probation period
Update your profile on Naukri.com and mention immediate joiner, you will get few offers in 3-4 days.
Reach back to the companies whose offer you rejected..And tell them that you are interested in them...and can join in 3-4 Days

No update, I am in constant touch with the other company HR. If some things turn out positive I will update.
Many of have got delayed joining but asking to look other option is ridiculous and that too at last minute, i think this need to go on LinkedIn and tag all wipro high authorities..
I will tell you what I did to overcome such situation. I played on the joining date. So apart from the place that I wanted to join, I keep backup offer letter which can have joining date at some gap. If there is something wrong with the company I want to join, I will have another company to go to without any issue
Feeling bad for what happened to you. Don't worry try again as you are an immediate joiner you will get few offers quickly. Hope everything will be alright for you. All the best
Updated: After some discussion, Wipro is again considering my profile for different location. But said I have to have to attend interview again( this time they are calling it as discussion with team) HR is asking me to prepare. What is happening?? Is this normal company to interview candidates after the offer letter??.
The BGV everything thing is done. I even uploaded all the documents including joining letter in synergy portal

You are wasting your time, you should have attended other interviews as well during this span
Kindly check with the BGV team. Do they have given red flag for you ? That may be one of the reason. I'm not sure.

@Yocogawa.. Even if bgv is conducted its before offer. So don't ask others to grow up. Service companies hire based on anticipated demand to increase their bench strength. It seems like wipro is delaying joining as they see less demand.
File a report in consumer court
Yes you should take action against them and all the best to you. You will get better opportunity soon.

Last month every week I was getting call from Wipro for scheduling interview but they never scheduled. Last week in frustration I told the HR that don't call me now and I am not interested. Seems like I took a right decision.
