I recent interviews at a good Geospatial company for the role for SDE2

my current CTC is 22LPA fixed + 3.5 LPA variable and 30k units ESOPs

i was expecting 35LPA fixed as its their standard but they are giving only 29LPA fixed

saying we only give hike on fixed and not variable. I can not go below 33LPA and its true.

I have a 4YOE and there's another offer in progress from a VMWare subsidiary.
What shall I do? as this much increase can be giving by my same company in upcoming appraisal too.

I just started training with United HealthGroup for Medicare. I have previous experience in Medicaid-- quite a different role, but similar. I'm so nervous about how complex Medicare can be. Any suggestions or advice? I'm not exactly a dumb-dumb but nor am I the sharpest knife in the tool box.

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
