I recently (2m ago) started at a mid size med tech company (around 5000 employees globally) but came from pharmaThe benefits are good, I really like the job and my tasks and I feel like I learn a lot. But in a very short time, many people are quitting, 4 changes to ELT in a year. Everyone is over stressed and management don’t see it. I feel like in a short amount of time I’ll be the most senior person in my field because everyone is leaving currently. Should I be looking for other jobs already?

I’m in presales and I’m finding it extremely documentation heavy and sort of a back end role. I’m not sure how the career growth is in Pre sales. I am thinking of moving back to Delivery. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. Rejected by HBS and GSB post interview... feeling pretty low. Was hoping I'd get one after interviewing. Not sure what I could have done differently. 750 GMAT, >3.8 GPA from top 10 UG, multiple promotions, strong recs, well-known employer. The process feels so random...
