Many companies typically look at your job history for years of experience and if you’ve done any research or laboratory related work before.
Thank you for your insight! I do have hands-on laboratory experience through my internship and academic research, but I understand that industry experience is highly valued. Would you recommend focusing more on gaining specific technical skills or applying broadly to entry-level roles to build experience?
