What’s the best/easiest trading platform? I use Vanguard for my actual long term holdings but it’s not the easiest. I want to open a second account and use it more for active trading on my phone. Looking for something with simple UI. Any tips? Thanks!

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?

Moved to HCOL so living at home is not a $aving option. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?
