Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I’d rather quit than revise this agreement.

1. Time could be getting cut so to bill that 1850 they are doing more than that.
2. Assignments could be always last minute which creates the all-nighters and constant stress
3. Associates could be expected to do a lot of non-billable work that is not counted to their hours so they’re working a lot more than 1850
4. Associates under bill to avoid their time being cut.
5. Associates are under billing unintentionally because they are having trouble properly tracking their time while meeting urgent demands/getting work done.
A combination of all the above could be happening.

Usually those are dragged down by part timers and counsels but in any event many exaggerate how many hours they work.
Well if tons of those 1850 hours come at night/weekend, the complaints are more than justified.
I billed 1900 last year and almost exclusively worked between the hours of 3-10 for several months (weekends and holidays). It’s miserable and you have no life.
