TC:155 Base + 8 % Bonus (Remote)
Does any one knows the work culture in Dell and this team in particular?
The TC looks much more than I was expecting so I am worried about the performance pressure.

What firms have gone fully remote for FDD?

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.
