Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!

Deloitte USI Hi All,
How does the 2nd round of interview goes in PwC? Is it very technical ? What are the chances of getting rejected in the 2nd stage? HR told me that would be the final round. Need your help asap.

I was job searching for about 6 months before I landed my current full time job. I've been there. What matters most is having a great resume which stands out and not being afraid to apply for any and every position that interests you; despite how hopeless the odds may appear at first.
I would say if you reach around 100 applications and have not had a single interview, phone call, or email indicating interest from a company, it's time to do a portfolio/resume review and reassess whether it prioritizes what recruiters are looking for. It may be the case that your work is good but it's not presented in the best way to grab their attention.
Have you done a portfolio review?
I had the same problem when I graduated, I went to speak to a careers advice lady and she gave me loads of help with tweaking my portfolio and CV and because of her help I did end up getting a junior design position! It's worth the cost to get the help x
This is what's happening to graduates-seasoned designers. Graphic design has become more automated since AI has taken over. To stay in the game, you may have to pivot a little. Learn AI-Midjourney and others to be able to use it, as company's want designers to know how to use these automated tools to be creative and productive. Canva is very helpful too. It's always good to have back up skills, even if its not coming from the creative space. At the end of the day, you have to love what you do though.
