I recently join LTTS. They offer me 18.5 LPA CTC.
Out of that 1.5 lpa is variable pay.
1 lpa pf employer contribution.
50000 is gratuity contribution.
Base salary becomes 15.5 lpa
On that also they are deducting 1 lpa of pf employee contribution.
In Hand becomes 14.5 lpa.

But At the end I received 14 days salary which is 55k.
They did not deducted any tax or medical insurance.

I am confused what will be my in hand salary and

How I will save tax. What are best practices?

83k in industry senior accountant, is that bad? When I said $90k they said they can’t do that and told me $85k is absolute max. Should I keep looking?

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Likewise, if we permit this song, I assume we cannot compel attendance to the talent show. The talent show is part of a lunch thing.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
