I recently joined and on Probation period(4month) at Accenture(in hometown) at 11.5 fixed and I got a offer from PWC GCC 13 fixed but need to relocate to bangalore? What should I do ? Please suggest.

Note :- I will also need to return joining bonus to Accenture if I leave.

Should i negotiate for higher amount to PWC?
or should say in Accenture ?
