I recently received my degrees in advertising and sports management, and most of my internships have been in social media and content production. Two of my internships were on campus, and the other two are currently in my post-graduate year. Finding a full-time position in social media has been difficult for me, and I've been wondering if I should or could shift my career goals to being an art director. With my current experience, is this even feasible, or should I start over from scratch?

My SO will put me on the spot sometimes (he is an extrovert) and say just talk to me (it will just be us two). He generally talks a lot and me so much. The second he says that my mind goes blank and for the life of me I can't remember anything to talk about. It's like stage fright. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this?

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Don’t want to think the grass is always greener on the other side, but I’ve seen so many people made the move to EY from other big 4 and they make much more than I do because of the switch (same city same service line same level).
