Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

Yes you can request your immigration team to file an L1A petition for you. That's an intra company transferee visa for managers/executives.
OP dm me, I am in the same shoes, just started my tenure outside of the US and had a call with my immigration team sometime back on how to leverage L1A or H1B and file for EB1C.
Sent you DM
Also, do I need to take care something to prove my multi national manger role. Did anyone go through the same route ? I really appreciate your support and valuable inputs
My organization didn’t allow me proceed further as per our internal policy resource would gain either one of the route. So, there was no other option for me.
Were you a manager or had hiring and firing authority in the US before you repatriated? I have explored this option and while it doesn't hurt to apply, I was told by many immigration consultants that if you were not a manager in the US and then go to other country and try to come back for EB1C. It's not recommended and highly scrutinized/ difficult to get approved by USCIS.
By the way, I was managerial position in USA before even I repatriated.
