I run a digital marketing agency & my team & I have been working on a tire shop that sells repair & install services in Los Angeles. We used SEO to increase its online presence to drive more traffic.

I'm about to add a dropshipping feature to the site via WooCommerce connecting it to a few dropship sites & choosing to sell automotive related products offered by the dropshippers.

I've never done dropshipping before, what do you guys think of this idea? What kind of issues should I expect?

Do you feel that in SEO there are too many ways of conducting the same tasks. I have had a string of managers within the past year, it’s starting to get very annoying as each person says method A is wrong and B is right, another manager would have the complete opposite view. Have you had similar experiences when this practice and adjustment begins to interfere with client deliverables.
