Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

All new jobs sound amazing on LinkedIn. I bet yours sounds great on papers too 😀
Junior people are low risk, low cost, and thus easier to hire.
It does not mean that you are irrelevant. If you were to post all of your experience at a comparable title/salary you would likely be hired too.
It is easier to justify investing in a entry-level Toyota versus a high-end Lexus.
I get it but it’s probably just something minor. If they’re more junior it could be as simple as salary level. But just in case ...

Identify a couple networking events to go to. Talk to your friends at shops you like - nothing better than an internal reco.
Work with some good sales reps? The good ones tend to know about openings or have solid contacts at other agencies.
In social media land, everybody’s life is perfect. Nobody posts “my new job is awful” on LinkedIn. Keep plugging. Something good will happen.
