Does anybody have experience working at Onfido?
Started my career at Lockheed right after college with a bachelor's in mechanical eng. After 2 years I got promoted to level 2. I have 4 years of experience overall at LM. My comp ratio is right below mid making about 96k. I have been rated "exceeded" for all my time at LM. I'm in PA. Am I being underpaid? Sometimes when I see some of the TC's on here I feel like I chose the wrong field.

Computer user for 9-12 hours here as well and eye strain has been a frequent issue for me. Blue light glasses have done nothing. The biggest help has been aggressively configuring settings like Windows' "Night Light" and getting an OLED screen. If you are using plain LED, going into your monitor's hardware settings and turning down the blue channel of color helps tremendously. It will make the color of everything look pretty out of wack (whites look pink, things take on a reddish hue) but if you are just looking at documents, CRM, spreadsheets, and the like, then you'll get use to it. Your eyes will thank you!

Blue light glasses are garbage, but there are apps for computers and phones to turn down or off blue light that work much better.
I tried them years ago and the only thing they did were annoy the heck out of me. I couldn't stand them!
tl;dr
There was a study on this by some UK college. Ultimately blue light glasses are a scam and the biggest source of blue light you’re exposed to BY FAR is the sky itself. So don’t worry about the screens, they’re not doing anything to you
As a It professional i have been facing the same for the past 5 years. I don't have problems as of now. Don't know what the future holds. I wold like some answers as well.
I am guilty of staring at my screen all day just as much due to my field of work. Id be curious to follow up on this. Anyone else?

Night lenses can help not to lose the vision
You can reduce the blue light setting on most devices these days. I find that and using a happy light in the morning help a lot!
