I started a new job in industry as a Business Analyst. In a very shy person who usually stays very quiet in meetings when I don’t have anything to contribute. But l met with one of my leaders today who told me he had hired me because he thinks I’m a go-getter, negotiator & outspoken. Which I may have come across this way during the interview because I had to sell myself. Now I’m feeling like I’m not good for the role...I can’t all of a sudden just be outspoken! Any help/advice on how to deal?

Why does my therapist make me feel worse almost every time after therapy? Is this for real ?

Has anyone dealt with a therapist not being able to see you (virtually) while you are temporarily located in another state? How do you help someone get out of depression?

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist. I'm searching for places that can handle my weight. I even cried full on which has not been happening since I started taking medication for depression. Is this anxiety? Or my brain is just ready let go finally.
