I still dint get promoted from sm to m. Got great feedbacks and snapshots from sms and director. Lead multiple teams. Worked closed with rl sm and director. Technically supported many project. Lead team of 6 Client facing role. Done poc activities, conducted training.Did everything whatever they asked.RL told in crt discussion evrything was cleared.Md also agreed. But it was business decesion your name dint come. I have been leading teams from 3 yrs now. Total 9.5 yrs exp. What should I do now😩

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people.
